📍 Access
The Refuge de la Birgmatte is located in the Upper Sundgau, between Ligsdorf and Kiffis, in a beautiful and unspoilt natural setting. The refuge is easily accessible by car, mountain bike, horseback or on foot via numerous marked trails (Club Vosgien / IGN map 3621). A drivable forest road leads directly to a free parking area close to the refuge. Visitors with reduced mobility and guests unloading luggage may drive directly to the entrance of the refuge.
